If you do not have a reservation, upon your arrival you can check RV site availability with parking attendants.  If there is availability, they will assist you in reserving a site.

All attendees, vendors, and employees will be scanned for temperature before entering the facility. People with temperatures reading 100.4 degrees or above will not be permitted access. Wrist bands or hand stamps will be given to each person who passes to verify they have been tested and to permit in and out access for the day. 

Face masks will be required for attendees. For those who do not bring their own, Mecum will provide face masks for those who would like them.

Frequent Hand sanitizing and handwashing will be recommended, and free standing hand sanitizing stations will be placed in multiple locations around the venue. 

Mecum will have a supply of individual bottles of hand sanitizer which will be available for customers use.

Mecum is highly recommending that consignors to have all paperwork done electronically in advance so there is little or no need to go to the onsite auction office to complete registration. You can start this process HERE.

To help eliminate contact in the office, all seller payment checks will be mailed following the auction rather than distributed from the on-site office.

All titles will be mailed to those who do not sell their vehicles at the auction rather than distributed from the on-site office.

Mecum will supply plexi-glass shields in all office and bidder registration areas between office workers and customers.

Mecum is encouraging online ticket purchases. You can purchase your ticket HERE. Tickets can be scanned with no touch scanners

Mecum is mailing bidder credentials in advance and encouraging advance on line bidder registration to avoid lines and contact on site.

Mecum has eliminated physical greeters and will not be handing out brochures, literature, paper etc. as customers enter the facility. Exhibitors are also encouraged to eliminate or limit giveaways, handouts, literature.

Mecum is implementing a sanitizing policy for cars as they are being checked in where touch points such as door handles inside and outside the cars, steering wheels and shift knobs be wiped down with sanitizer before being checked into the facility. This sanitizing policy will also be in effect prior to moving the cars across the auction block in the staging area.

Mecum will be producing entrance, exit and directional signage to direct the flow of people and signage to encourage social distancing.

Working will work with the OHP Food Service, Mecum is encouraging in seat dining where orders can be placed and paid for by phone or app and be delivered to the seat to cut down lines at concession stands.

The seating on the Arena floor will be all classroom style instead of typical theater seating to help control and allow for social distancing

 Ushers & guards will be used in the Arena to direct traffic flow and to assist in seating to control social distancing

Exhibitors/Vendors will be encouraged to wipe down and sanitize high touch and high traffic areas.

Car displays will be more spread out to allow for social distancing and to discourage groups of people to congregate in areas. A high percentage of cars will be on display outside in parking lots to spread the displays and allow more social distancing.
