We have updated our guest guidelines and internal protocols based on recommendations from leading health authorities and local governments. Please review our health and safety reminders below.

 

VenueShield Icon attention.png By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to an Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus), and agree not to hold the Promoter (this varies per event), ASM Global, Inc., SMG, Osceola Heritage Park, and Osceola County Board of County Commissioners for any illness or injury in connection with your or your guests’ attendance at the Event.

 

We cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. However, in accordance with County, State and Federal guidelines we have enhanced sanitation procedures and implemented additional measures for everyone’s health and safety.

 

FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY PLEASE PRACTICE THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOLS

 

FACE COVERINGS OPTIONAL

Our mask mandate for Osceola Heritage Park visitors has been lifted and, as such, masks are no longer required at the venue!  We continue to encourage social distancing and frequent hand washing.  Additionally, other protocols will remain in place including enhanced cleaning and sanitizing.

KEEP 6' DISTANCE

Practice social distancing of at least 6 feet between your party and others. Where floors markings are present, please stand on the appropriate marker until the party in front of you has moved forward.

AVOID TOUCHING EYES & FACE

Keep your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.

WASH HANDS FREQUENTLY

Wash your hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.

USE HAND SANITIZER

Hand sanitation stations are located in multiple convenient locations within the venue. We ask and encourage all guests to sanitize their hands frequently while in the venue. 

AVOID HANDSHAKES

Avoid handshakes, embraces, and physical contact with others.

ENHANCED CLEANING AND SANITIZING

Increasing frequency and adequacy of cleaning and disinfection procedures.

LIMITED CAPACITY

To promote social distancing, Osceola Heritage Park and it's venues have implemented new capacity requirements in compliance with local health and government entities.
