We're Glad You're Here.
We have updated our guest guidelines and internal protocols based on recommendations from leading health authorities and local governments. Please review our health and safety reminders below.
By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to an Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus), and agree not to hold the Promoter (this varies per event), ASM Global, Inc., SMG, Osceola Heritage Park, and Osceola County Board of County Commissioners for any illness or injury in connection with your or your guests’ attendance at the Event.
We cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. However, in accordance with County, State and Federal guidelines we have enhanced sanitation procedures and implemented additional measures for everyone’s health and safety.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
