As the Official Healthcare Provider of Osceola County Public School Athletics, AdventHealth is proud to offer FREE Pre-Participation Sports Physicals and ECG screenings at Osceola Heritage Park - Events Center.

This FREE event is available to all Osceola County Public School District student-athletes entering grades 6th - 12th for the 2024-25 school year. This includes student-athletes, ROTC, band members, firefighting academy students, etc.

**The student must be attending an AdventHealth-partnered Osceola County school.**
