Osceola Heritage Park meets structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Seating locations vary depending on the events. Accessible seats are available in all price levels. Up to three companion tickets may be purchased with each accessible ticket. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster.com or in-person at the Box Office. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating.
Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off at the main entrance of any of Osceola Heritage Park venues. Accessible parking is located adjacent to all of our venues.
Assisted listening devices are available for meetings and conferences. The devices may be checked out, free of charge. If you require a listening device, please see a Guest Services staff member. A valid ID is required to ensure the return of equipment.
Sign language interpreters are available for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the promoter. For information, please call 321.697.3333.
Osceola Heritage Park does not allow animals, except for service animals that assist individuals with disabilities.
Box Office
Cash and credit / debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) are all accepted at the box office. Online orders are processed by Ticketmaster which is the venue's authorized ticket provider. Service and delivery charges per order will apply for online orders. Tickets may be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Silver Spurs Arena Box Office during our business hours.
For most events, children under the age of two are not required to have a ticket. However, should you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket is required. Shows intended for a younger audience (i.e., Sesame Street Live) usually require that children over the age of one have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call 321.697.3303.
There are no refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, patrons will receive the new performance information through the e-mail address or phone number provided at the point of sale.
If a performance is canceled and is not re-scheduled, refunds are available at the point of purchase.

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Osceola Heritage Park events. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
If you should choose to purchase tickets from a third party, please remember the following:
- Admission will be refused if tickets are invalid.
- Osceola Heritage Park cannot refund third-party tickets.
- You will be responsible for contacting the third party if there is a problem with your tickets.
- Osceola Heritage Park will not replace any third-party tickets that are lost or stolen.
- Osceola Heritage Park and its affiliates cannot contact you with information in regard to time changes, event cancellations, or other important event info.
The Silver Spurs Arena, Events Center and Osceola County Stadium at Osceola Heritage Park are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
General
For most events, doors open 60 minutes prior to the start time of the event.
During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at any Guest Services location. For inquiries following an event, please call 321.697.3333 during regular business hours.
For your safety, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
Policies
Guests are encouraged to leave bags behind; however, the following types are permitted:
- Clear tote no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
- Small purse or clutch no larger 4.5'' x 8''
Larger bags will not be permitted inside the venue.
Professional cameras (specifically cameras with detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. For most events, at the request of the artists and/or promoters, phones and small point and shoot cameras are allowed. Osceola Heritage Park and its venues reserve the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.
Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in all public areas at Silver Spurs Arena, Events Center and Osceola County Stadium. Designated smoking areas are located throughout Osceola Heritage Park.
The following items may not be brought onto Osceola Heritage Park property and its venues:

Signs are permitted as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material. Signs may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Building management reserves the right to remove any signs. Signs may be prohibited, if requested by the promoter.
Safety & Security
Osceola Heritage Park is equipped with an automated external defibrillator (AED). In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.
Osceola Heritage Park and its venues are equipped with an Emergency Operations System. Staff members are trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Key employees are assigned to assist patrons with disabilities to safety.
In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and walk to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. In some circumstances you will be directed to remain in the building and staff will direct you where to go. Please do not use the elevator. If you are disabled, trained staff members will assist you in getting to safety.
In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available officer or staff member for assistance.
