Guest Code of Conduct

Your Safety & Enjoyment, Our Priority

Osceola Heritage Park (OHP) is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all guests. We are committed to maintaining an environment where events can be enjoyed without disruptions caused by inappropriate behavior, offensive language, or gestures. Guests not following this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the property immediately. Venue staff reserves the right to remove, without refund, any individual whose behavior negatively impacts the experience or safety of others.

Code of Conduct Expectations:

  • All guests will be treated courteously and professionally by Osceola Heritage Park staff.
  • Guests are expected to treat others respectfully and refrain from using foul, abusive, or obscene language or gestures.
  • Clothing and signage with offensive or obscene content are not permitted.
  • Guests must stay within their assigned seats and may stand in front of their seats without obstructing aisles or other guests' views. Tickets must be presented upon request.
  • Disruptive actions such as fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to access restricted areas are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without a refund.
  • OHP venues are smoke and vape-free. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
  • Alcohol consumption must be done responsibly. Intoxicated or underage guests will be addressed promptly by staff or law enforcement as needed.
  • Guests must follow all directions from staff, especially in the event of an emergency.
  • Guests with concerns, complaints, or requests for cleanup should discreetly notify a staff member for prompt assistance.
  • Any behavior deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or detrimental to the enjoyment of others may result in removal from the venue.
