A. Yes, there is an ATM in the South lobby and other ATM machines may be provided depending on the event.

A. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster 1-800-745-3000, Ticketmaster outlets, www.ticketmaster.com, www.ohpark.com and the Arena Box Office.

Q. What are the Arena Box Office hours?

A. The Silver Spurs Arena Box Office is open Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday CLOSED (Unless there is a ticketed event.)

Q. Can I use a credit card at the Box Office?

A. Yes the Silver Spurs Arena accepts cash and credit cards. The credit cards we accept are: Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Q. How do I purchase group tickets?

A. Group Discounted tickets are available to all family shows and some concerts at the Silver Spurs Arena. To inquire about group tickets please call 321-697-3321.

Q. Where is the Arena Box Office and Will-Call / Ticket Pick-up located?

A. Both the Silver Spurs Arena Box Office as well as the Will-Call window are located at the Southside of the Arena, the same side as route 192.

Q. Do you offer gift Certificates?

A. YES, they can be purchased in person at the Box Office windows, and come in $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, $50.00 and $100.00 denominations. They are redeemable at the Box Office and can be used toward a ticket purchase for any event that we sell tickets for.

Q. Does my child need a ticket?

A. For most events, children under the age of two are not required to have a ticket. HOWEVER, should you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket is required. Shows intended for a younger audience (i.e., Sesame Street Live, Bob the Builder Live) usually require that children over the age of one have a ticket.

Q. Can I bring food into the Silver Spurs Arena or Exhibition Building?

A. Patrons may NOT bring food into the Silver Spurs Arena or the Exhibition Building. There are concession stands available throughout the building.

Q. I am bringing a bus to the show, where do I park?

A. Parking staff will direct you to bus parking. There is a bus parking fee of $20 per bus.

Q. Where is accessible parking located at the Silver Spurs Arena?

A. Accessible parking is available in Osceola Heritage Park. Parking staff will direct cars to proper parking when asked.

Q. Does the Silver Spurs Arena and the Exhibition Building have Valet Parking?

A. The Silver Spurs Arena and the Exhibition Building does offer Valet Parking. Valet Parking is available at any ticketed event at either building. The cost for this service is $10 per car. Valet Parking drop off zone is located at the corner in between the Silver Spurs Arena and the Exhibition Building. When coming on property let the parking attendant know you are going to take advantage of this service and you’ll be directed to the designated area.

A. Generally, the doors for all events at the Silver Spurs Arena will open ONE HOUR prior to show time.

Q. What equipment or amenities are included with a meeting room rental?

A. Standard meeting room set-ups, include: one riser w/ skirting, one head table w/ skirting, one registration table w/ skirting, one lectern and tables and chairs set once.

Q. How much is parking for an event?

A. Event parking rates vary for each event held at Osceola Heritage Park.

Q. Is smoking permitted in the Silver Spurs Arena?

A. The Silver Spurs Arena is a smoke free facility, HOWEVER, there are designated smoking areas outside the building at the North and South entrances.

Q. What items are not allowed in the Exhibition Building and the Silver Spurs Arena during an event?

A. No weapons, including pocket knives, wallet chains, laser products or pets. All guests will be subject to search, at the Silver Spurs Arena discretion.

Q. What is the camera policy for the Silver Spurs Arena and the Exhibition Building?

A. As a general rule, NO PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS / NO VIDEO is allowed in either the Silver Spurs Arena or the Exhibition Building. The camera policy is up to tour management, which is different for each show held at either building. If you're thinking it is absolutely necessary to bring a camera, bring a disposable camera. This way if it's announced at the last minute that tour management is not allowing cameras, you can simply throw it away or return the camera to your car. Silver Spurs Arena and the Exhibition Building are not responsible for any lost or stolen cameras. You may call 321-697-3333 the day of the event to inquire about the camera policy.

Q. How can I get backstage passes to an event?

A. The Silver Spurs Arena and Exhibition Building does not supply nor has access to backstage passes.
