Osceola Heritage Park meets structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, ATM’s are accessible to guests with disabilities.

Accessible Tickets/Seating:

Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating.

Accessible Drop-off:

Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off at the main entrance of the Silver Spurs Arena or Exhibition Building. Accessible parking is located adjacent to the Silver Spurs Arena and Exhibition Building.

Listening Devices:

Listening devises are available for meetings and conferences. The devices may be checked out, free of charge. If you require a listening device please see a Guest Services Staff Member. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment.

Sign Interpreters:

Sign Interpreters are available for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the promoter. For information please call 321-697-3333.
