Building Policies

Silver Spurs Arena and Exhibition Building management have implemented numerous safety measures to our building policies. With strict enforcement of these measures, the Silver Spurs Arena and Exhibition Building can provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Re-entry Policy

Guests will not be allowed to leave an event and then return for that same event.

Guest Services

Guest Services is located in the Main Entrance Lobby left side

Baggage Policy

Baggage such as bags, briefcases, backpacks, and luggage are strictly prohibited. Guests entering the Silver Spurs Arena or the Exhibition Building are subject to search.

Food and Beverage Policy

Food and Beverage items are not permitted into the Silver Spurs Arena or Exhibition Building. Concession Stands and vending machines are available.

Camera Policy

No video or audio recording devices are permitted. Cameras with non-professional lenses are allowed at events.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings of Osceola Heritage Park. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building and are easily accessible.
