SILVER SPURS ARENA ADDS FLEXIBILITY WITH NEW CURTAINING SYSTEM

Central Florida’s most flexible entertainment complex known as Osceola Heritage Park, has just added a new state-of-the-art curtaining system to its repertoire at Silver Spurs Arena.  Along with the curtaining system comes a new theater set-up and the ability to host additional types of shows.

The new set-up will have two different floor plans; a theater set-up which seats 3,600 and a half house set-up which seats 6,200.  With the added flexibility the arena can now host performances such as; comedy shows, more intimate concerts and family shows.  The curtaining system will also condense the floor and act as a back drop when needed to create a more comfortable setting.

“Our entire team at the Silver Spurs Arena can’t wait to start showing off our new curtaining system.  This is a significant addition that really enhances our building and will allow us to start hosting an even wider variety of events.  The future looks bright,” said Robb Larson, General Manager of Osceola Heritage Park.

The Silver Spurs Arena is a 10,500 capacity facility that is the anchor facility at Osceola Heritage Park.  Since opening in September 2003, the arena has gained award-winning acclaim and established itself as a tour stop for a wide variety of events.  The Silver Spurs Arena has had multiple top-notch concert acts such as Van Morrison, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith, Norah Jones, Def Leppard, Hilary Duff and Maroon5 to name a few.  The Arena has also hosted nationally renowned family shows such as Sesame Street Live and The Wiggles to sporting events such Don King’s Championship Boxing and the Silver Spurs Rodeo.
