The Central Florida Sports Commission and Orlando Metro Gymnastics, in conjunction with Osceola County, are proud to announce that USA Gymnastics will be hosting the 2008 Women’s Junior Olympic Level 10 Championships at the Silver Spurs Arena on May 17-18, 2008.

Approximately 448 elite junior gymnasts from across the United States will compete at the Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park.  The qualifying process begins by participating in State and Regional Championships. Subsequently, each of the eight regions within the United States qualify seven gymnasts in each of eight age divisions for the USA Gymnastics Women’s Junior Olympic Level 10 Championships.

“The Central Florida Sports Commission is proud to have bid on and been awarded the 2008 USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Championships on behalf of Osceola County,” said John Saboor, President of the Central Florida Sports Commission. “We look forward to a fabulous event and working again with Orlando Metro Gymnastics, Osceola County and USA Gymnastics in making this competition a memorable one for the atheltes, coaches, and spectators in attendance.”
