SMALL FARMS CONFERENCE RETURNS TO OSCEOLA HERITAGE PARK

Over 900 Farmers and Agricultural professionals are expected to attend the 2nd Annual Florida Small Farms and Alternative Enterprises Conference on July 31 through August 1, 2010 at the IFAS Extension Service Building, Exhibition Building and KVLS Pavilion.

This year’s conference features keynote speaker Will Allen of Growing Power Inc.  Growing Power Inc. is a Milwaukee-based organization that is receiving national acclaim for leading what Allen calls the “Good Food Revolution.” 

The event will include additional speakers, educational sessions, exhibits of products and technologies, livestock displays, demonstrations, networking opportunities, banquet meals of fresh foods from Florida small farmers, and much more.
